User and Department Restrictions​

The trial environment restricts the addition of new users, allowing you to explore the application's core functionalities with a single user profile. To effectively test department-specific workflows and access controls, you can create up to two distinct departments. This allows you to simulate real-world scenarios and understand how Emtithal.io manages organizational structures.

  • New users cannot be added to the trial account.
  • Only 2 departments can be created, enabling the simulation of organizational structures.

AI Insight Beta Feature​

Our AI beta feature, designed to streamline specific processes, is available for a limited number of transactions within the trial. This allows you to experience the potential of AI-powered automation firsthand. The trial includes 10 transactions, providing a practical understanding of how this feature can enhance your workflow.

  • Only 10 transactions are allowed using the AI beta feature, giving you a hands-on experience with AI automation.

Assessments​

To provide a focused evaluation of our assessment capabilities, the trial account allows the creation of a single assessment. This enables you to thoroughly explore the assessment creation, management, and reporting functionalities within Emtithal.io. You can test various question types, scoring methods, and reporting options to determine how our assessment tools align with your needs.

  • Only one assessment can be created in the trial account, ensuring a detailed evaluation of assessment features.

Trial Account Expiry​

The trial account is valid for one week, providing ample time to explore and evaluate Emtithal.io's features. This limited duration encourages a focused evaluation of the application's capabilities. Upon expiry, access to the trial account will be automatically disabled. To continue leveraging Emtithal.io's functionalities beyond the trial period, please contact our sales team to discuss upgrading to a paid subscription. We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and providing you with the solution that best fits your requirements.
